Refund and Cancellations Policy
We know that travelling isn’t always as simple as it seems, which is why we offer a cancellation window on Refundable tickets. We require 24 hours notice prior to your outward departure for a refund.
To cancel a Refundable ticket and obtain a refund, please use our cancellation portal below.
Standard tickets cannot be cancelled or refunded
