The company's inaugural route, the 782 service, quickly became a critical link between Dublin Airport and the city centre, offering passengers a dependable, affordable, and comfortable travel option. Initially met with enthusiasm, the 782 service grew rapidly in popularity. Recognising this demand, Dublin Express expanded the route, now running a service every 15 minutes at peak times, with round trips per day increasing from 38 at the beginning to an impressive 72 trips a day.
