Terms and Conditions

1. The promoter of this offer is National Express Limited (company number 00232767) of National Express House, Birmingham Coach Station, Mill Lane, Digbeth, Birmingham B5 6DD (the “Promoter”, “our” and “us”).

2. This promotion entitles the holder to purchase their ticket for €1 or £1 for a one way ticket for a limited time only.

3. The special offer is open to all UK, Ireland and Northern Ireland residents aged 18 years or over.

4. The special offer applies:
   (a) to the cost of the Adult and/or Child Ticket only, and not to the Booking Fee if applicable and/or any of the “Add Extras” available from our website;
   (b) to Tickets purchased for the Belfast - Dublin route in both directions and are not valid for any other journey.
   (c) to Tickets purchased from our website (https://www.dublinexpress.com) or any subsidiary website such as (www.nationalexpress.com) and the National Express App only, and not by any of the following means:
     i. telephone call to our Customer Contact Centre;
     ii. in person from one of our Stations or with a third party agent;
     iii. from a driver; or
     iv. from a Ticket Machine.

5. If, you have purchased a Ticket(s) at the £1/€1, and you wish to amend your booking:
   (a) an amendment fee and excess fare for the new Ticket may apply; and
   (b) you will not be entitled to use the discount price in respect of the amended booking.

6. The £1/€1 Promotion cannot be used:
   (a) in respect of existing bookings;
   (b) to obtain any of the following
     i. Tickets for any other Dublin Express route including Dublin City to Dublin Airport direct

7. No cash or other alternative will be given.

8. All Tickets issued are subject to availability and must be used within the time specified.

9. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English and Irish law and any dispute relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland, England and Wales, except if the customer lives in Scotland and in such circumstances, legal proceedings may be brought in either the Scottish or English courts.
